It provides 100% coverage for in-network preventive services and is the only plan level that includes benefits for dental implants starting in the second year.
- Level 2 (Standard Coverage): A balanced plan providing comprehensive support for preventive, basic, and major services from day one. It features an annual maximum of $1,000 in the first year, which grows to $2,000 in the second year. Like Level 3, it includes coverage for dentures starting in year two.
- Level 1 (Essential Coverage): Designed for those who want reliable coverage for routine care and basic procedures. This plan offers an annual maximum of $750 in the first year and $1,500 in the second year. While it covers preventive and basic services (like fillings and simple extractions), it does not provide coverage for major services or dentures.
