Coinsurance Options (Value, Plus, and Prime)
These plans feature increasing benefits, where annual maximums and coverage percentages grow in years two and three.

• Prime Plan (Premier Coverage): The most comprehensive choice, offering an annual maximum that starts at $2,000 and reaches $3,000 by year three. It includes 100% coverage for in-network preventive services and is the only Select plan to offer orthodontic benefits for children under 19.
• Plus Plan (Standard Coverage): A balanced option with an annual maximum starting at $1,000 and increasing to $2,000 by the third year. It covers preventive, basic, and major services (such as crowns and oral surgery) with no waiting periods.
• Value Plan (Essential Coverage): An affordable entry-level plan focusing on everyday care. It provides an annual maximum that grows from $1,000 to $2,000 over three years. While it covers preventive and basic services (like fillings) from day one, it does not include coverage for major dental work.

Copay Options (Copay 1 and Copay 2)
For those who prefer to know exactly what they will pay at the dentist's office without meeting a deductible.

• Copay 2: Features no waiting periods on any services and no annual benefit maximums. Copay amounts for basic and major services even decrease starting in the second year.
• Copay 1: Offers a fixed $3,000 annual maximum per person. While preventive and basic services start on day one, there is a six-month waiting period for major dental services.
