All VSP Individual Vision Plans provide coverage for an eye exam, lenses, or new frames every 12 months, with a $15 copay for WellVision exam. Below is a high level overview of the three plans available. See official plan brochure for exact plan details.
- Standard Plan: Our most popular choice for reliable, comprehensive coverage. It features a $150 allowance for frames or contact lens, plus 15% savings on your contact lens exam (fitting and evaluation). Members also receive additional discounts on lens enhancements, premium frames, Laser Vision Correction, and more.
- Base Plan: Includes all the benefits of the Standard Plan but offers a fully covered contact lens exam (fitting and evaluation) - making it an ideal choice for contact lens wearers. (Note: This plan is not available in FL, NY, OR, or WA).
- EasyOptions Plan: A premium, flexible plan that allows you to choose one "boost" at the time of your appointment in addition to the Standard Plan benefits: an additional $80 allowance for frames or contact lenses; fully covered premium or custom progressive lenses; or fully covered light-reactive lenses.
